Plots at Costa Esuri
Perhaps the most exciting investment opportunity within Costa Esuri are the plots of land which are being offered by the developer, on which luxury self style villas can be built. The majority of the plots are frontline overlooking either golf course I or II.
The plots range in size from 850-3,000m², with the majority being around 1,000m². Each plot comes with planning permission to build a villa, with 'above ground' build size ranging from 182-227m².
When designing your own villa it is important to note that basements and open terraces do not count as build, and closed terraces count as 50% build.
