What you should know about The Mortgage Shop
Established in 1990, the Mortgage Shop quickly became the Jersey’s principal mortgage brokerage. We are proud of the way in which our large family of clients regularly recommends us to others, due mainly to our efficient and friendly service. In 2006 alone, we will arrange over £100 million in mortgage lending, allowing hundreds of clients to realise the dream of owning their own home, at home or overseas.
During this time, we have grown to understand our clients’ needs and are regularly asked to provide additional services. In response to this, we appointed senior members of staff who specialise in a number of specific financial planning areas. Rebranding as The Mortgage Shop Plus in 2000and moving into our impressive new premises in Broad Street has allowed this development to take place. Recognising the need to provide on the spot advice to clients purchasing in Spain and to cater for increased demand in the area, we have now established a base in Ayamonte, Costa de la Luz.
