An elegant entrance and reception with a modern furnished waiting area will be available as
well as WC facilities. The reception area will offer a reception service for the attention and security
of our residents and guests.
The underground parking utilities offer two car parking places and one locked storage space in
the basement per apartment. All facilities are easily accessible by elevators and provide a permanent
video surveillance (CCTV).
A fully equipped gymnasium next to the adult and children’s swimming pools, with adjacent
changing rooms, will be of exclusive access to our residents only.
